Homes42day was founded in 2012 as a home restoration and resale company, established by Gabriel and Colleen Falconi. That same year, Colleen became a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota, expanding the company’s work beyond property renovation into formal real estate representation.

After seven years of experience in residential real estate transactions, Colleen became the owner and managing broker of Homes42day Real Estate in 2019. The brokerage was built on practical, transaction-level experience across buying, selling, and property improvement, with an emphasis on informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Over time, Homes42day developed a focus on helping clients understand and coordinate the relationship between real estate transactions and property condition, including connecting clients with qualified contractors when appropriate. In 2023, Colleen also became a licensed Minnesota General Contractor, further strengthening the brokerage’s understanding of property evaluation, renovation considerations, and project oversight.

Today, Homes42day operates as a licensed Minnesota real estate brokerage, providing professional representation and brokerage services grounded in experience across both real estate and residential construction.
